Saudi Arabia Has Sovereignty Over Subscriber Data, Freight Hub Partnership Among Major Agreements Signed | THE DAILY TRIBUNE

Bahrain had decided to grant Saudi Arabia sovereignty over subscriber data held by Saudi companies in cloud computing centers based in Bahrain.
Bahrain will also allow Saudi Arabia to establish a partnership in the International Air and Sea Cargo Service Center in Bahrain. In addition, the Kingdom will allow Saudi companies based in Bahrain to apply for operator accreditation and a range of user privileges.
The agreements were part of several memoranda of understanding and agreements signed by Bahraini and Saudi authorities yesterday following talks between His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, and HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The signing also followed decisions taken at the second meeting of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council. HRH Prince Salman and HRH Prince Mohammed co-chaired the meeting. The Bahraini and Saudi parties also signed several memoranda of understanding aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation and trade relations.
