Logistics technology startup Kale logistics raised $ 5 million in Series A funding of Inflexor Ventures, a technology-focused venture capital fund. The cycle also saw the participation of other existing investors.
The startup aims to use the funding to product improvement and global business growth by deploying the solution to other airports, ports and overseas cargo handling companies.
In a statement, Inflexor said that from Fund II it has invested in four companies, including Steradian Semiconductors, PlayShifu and Vitra.ai.
Pratip Mazumdar, partner at Inflexor Ventures, said, “Our investment in Kale Logistics aligns with our thesis of investing in enterprise grade vertical SaaS products that define the categories and address the global market. The company is led by an exceptional team with proven abilities to execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy. ”
“We believe that Kale Logistics will play a central role in the radical transformation of global cross-border trade in airports and ports through trade facilitation reforms initiated by the UN and various countries.
